Luke Nola & Friends are a production company based in Auckland New Zealand. We create and produce award winning television formats that inspire, engage and educate kids all over the world. Although prolifically passionate about the magic of stop-frame animation, we work in all media. CGI, hand puppets and live action reality. One of the most enduring formats produced is Let’s Get Inventin’ which is distributed through ABC Commercial and has screened in over 21 countries around the world including a format sale to the BBC in the UK. |

Life on BenTV series featuring the voices of Jemaine Clement and Taika Waititi. Jemaine is the green guy, Gordon and Taika is the purple guy, Gloob. They come from Ben's butt but are taken from their home violently when Ben gets an itch. Our heroes are planted at the base of Ben's nose. The series follows the two symbiotic creatures on their quest to get back home making contact with a surreal zoo of creatures that live on Ben. Created and directed by Luke Nola. The Goober Brothers2.5 min X 23 episodes. Two back yard inventor scientists market their ‘useful’ inventions through this series of engaging infomercials. For some reason these industrious siblings haven't sold a single product yet. Although that’s not going to stop them trying with three series produced. These two Goobers did however inspire the creation of Let’s Get Inventin’ and it seems the kids have shown them up with their own invention ideas. |
